A regional practical seminar with a promising personnel reserve was held on the basis of JC "Bel-Plast International" Ltd.

A regional practical seminar was held at JC “Bel-Plast International” Ltd. with a specially formed group of specialists under the age of 31 with leadership and organizational qualities and capable of management activities in government bodies and organizations.

 

 

The seminar was attended by the head of the organizational and personnel work department of the Lida Regional Executive Committee Svetlana Golubeva, her deputy Anna Petrova and 15 promising young people.

The guests were met by General Director Anatoly Velikin. He told about the structure, work and products of the enterprise. Everyone was interested in the question: “How to become a leader?”

 

 

I can tell you one secret: “You need to work”, said Anatoly Velikin. "One thing doesnt work out - you need to change and move on." Set goals, objectives and move forward. Future leaders need to remember Stanislavskys phrase: "Unsystematic demands make people dissatisfied."

At the end of the practical seminar there was an excursion of the enterprise.
