On August 18, 2022, the single day of informing the population was held. Regional and district information and propaganda groups met with the labor collective of the enterprise. The event was attended by Chairman of the Grodno Regional Court Alexander Korzun, Deputy Chairman of the Lida District Executive Committee Gennady Vladyko, Head of the Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Lida District Executive Committee Irina Rabets, Head of the Lida ROChS Dmitry Belyavsky, Head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Lida District Executive Committee Marina Matsuk, Ivan Pysh, Acting Head of the Public Security Militia of the Lida District Department of Internal Affairs, Alexander Yevtukh, Chief Specialist of the Department of State Control over the Use and Protection of Land of the Land Management Department of the Lida District Executive Committee, and Lyudmila Pyshinsky, Deputy Chief Physician of the Lida Central District Hospital. 

The issues of affordable housing, rational use of land resources, safety when visiting forests, the benefits of installing a fire alarm and preventing deaths in a fire were discussed.

Those present at the meeting had the opportunity to address the representatives of the advocacy group with questions of interest to them and receive qualified answers.
